1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:  

  Domestic: United States, Canada.  

  International: EU member states.

 Remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery (confirmed at checkout).  

 

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing:Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).  

Shipping Methods & Estimates:

Standard Shipping:7-10 business days (domestic) / [2-3 weeks] (international).  

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, delivering within [7 business days].  

Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday), deliveries may be delayed by 10 business days above.  

 

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders:

Free shipping on orders over [25 amount]. Orders below this threshold incur a flat rate of [$10].  

Additional fees may apply for remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii).  

International Orders:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.  

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees (determined by local regulations).  

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.  

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at 83309822@qq.com.  

 

5. Customs & Import Taxes  

International orders may be subject to customs clearance fees, VAT, or other import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.  

We cannot estimate potential fees. For details, contact your local customs office before placing an order.  

 

6. Address Changes & Errors  

Contact us immediately at 83309822@qq.com to modify/cancel an order before it ships.  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping will require additional fees.  

 

7. Delays & Lost Packages

Delays: Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 7 days. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.  

Lost/Damaged Packages:  

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence (for damage).  

If the carrier is at fault, we’ll reship your order or issue a refund.  

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).  

International delivery times depend on customs processing efficiency and are beyond our control.
